Rock Chasing Return Policy

We want every Rock Chasing customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If your order isn’t what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery  no hassle, no hidden fees.
For U.S. customers, returns are free and include a digital prepaid label you can print at home and drop off at any post office.

How to Find Your Order Number

You’ll need your order number to start a return. You can find it in your:

• Order confirmation email
• Shipping confirmation email

Return & Exchange Details

We aim to make the process quick and straightforward:

• Timing: Start your return by emailing us within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be in resalable condition to receive a refund or exchange.
• Refunds: Once your return is processed, funds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

U.S. Return Shipping

• Every approved return includes a free prepaid shipping label.
• Returns sent without tracking can’t be refunded, so please use the label we provide.

A Few Extra Notes

• Rock Chasing items only: Please send back only products purchased directly from rockchasing.com.
• Complete returns: If your order came with a bonus or free item, include it to receive a full refund.
• Non-returnable products: Personalized, limited-edition, or warranty-replacement items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Original shipping fees: These are non-refundable.
• Proof of drop-off: We recommend keeping your USPS drop-off receipt until your refund is complete. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right.
